Q. I cannot
download any of your files in the Cases and
Articles sections.
A. Normal clicking of your mouse will open the
files in your browser using a new window. However, the next question may help you.
Q. Can I save the file to my local computer?
A. Most browsers will allow you to save files by, right
clicking on the file and selecting "Save Target As" or
"Save Link As".
However, older browsers may
prompt you to save the file with a different
filename. If this happens, it is best to click normally on
the file, let the browser open it and then
selecting "File-Save As" within your
browser.
Q. What do I need to view your files?
A. Files
indicated by the pdf
icon require Acrobat Reader from www.adobe.com.
Otherwise, the common programs are Microsoft Word,
Excel, Internet Explorer and possibly Windows
Media Player.
